Pros

The employees who have been there forever (mainly customer service and IT team) are fantastic people to work with. Very kind and deserving of much more than this company offers them.

Cons

I worked here for over 3 years. The only reason I stayed was weekends off and my co workers were awesome. What ruined it for me was the endless lying and manipulating and flat out shadiness that goes on here. The comment below me about hiring someone just to fire them when the owner comes in is totally true!! This actually happened and it was very sad. They basically make the sales team call the same leads over and over until all of their repeat customers are driven away. If you sign up on the website you will receive 7 phone calls and 7 e-mails in the first week. Their main "attraction" for customers is their quality, and that is supposed to offset the high pricing. Well, there are hundreds of other companies out there now doing the same quality for half the cost. Not to mention, the poor customers have to call in every time they need to place an order because the website is archaic and they won't upgrade or update their systems. they have a perfectly capable development team but the owner is so stuck in his ways, aka, cheap! Do yourself a favor and overlook this job. There are companies out there with real morals who care about the employees and their well-being. Even if you succeed at this job, you will be told countless times, over and over, that you're not "doing enough" for the company. It's really disheartening.

Pros

I really liked the staff, I was able to work with the manager, sales team, and marketing team. The team was relatively small so I was able to participate normally and be a part of both the the Sales and Marketing team. Working in person was really beneficial to me as I was able to interact with all the workers more hence learn more about what I needed to do

Cons

Sometimes working remote was difficult as I wasn't able to be fully immersed in the environment of the office and feel like I missed out on some important learning

Pros

Most of my co-workers were nice before they all quit or got let go and the customers are usually really great to work with.

Cons

Management lies to their employees and makes a lot of promises that they don't keep. They hire employees for one job but have them do a completely different job once they are in the door. The owner of the company often comes in and fires employees, and they sometimes hire people just so they have people to fire when he comes in. The website is ancient and it often breaks and bugs out. They refuse to update their software and equipment because the owner wants to put as much money in his pocket as possible. They cut employee wages and try to make it seem like they're doing what is right.
