Pros

There a couple managers that are good.

Cons

Most of the feild workers are immigrants who accept low salaries that no Australians will accept. They accept low wages under the pretense of becoming Australian residents after 4 years of service - this works well for Expro because the employees don't dare speak up about being overworked and underpaid. Australian employees rarely make it past a year of employment. The higher ups believe they have a diverse workforce, but in actual fact it is just divided. The different ethnicities stick together in their own groups speaking their own languages. There is no spirit or comradery in the place - it is a sad, soulless hell hole. Offshore operations are increasingly becoming more dangerous as the new employees are rarley up to the standards they claim on their resumes. The poor understanding of English among the workforce has and will continue to cause incidents. No one understands instructions or directions the first time and need to be repeated constantly - not good when a message needs to be understood in seconds in a high pressure dangerous environment.
