Pros
To be fair, Exsilio had some positives and can be a great place to work early in your career. As a consulting company, you get to work on multiple projects, learn cool technologies, and gain a strong skillet relatively quickly. Other than that, a lot of the co-workers are pretty cool people and probably the only reason that would make it hard to leave. Exsilio occasionally does catered lunches, happy hours, and game nights which can be fun.
Cons
While I said the people at Exsilio are generally cool, this does not include the upper management, who are some of the worst snakes I've met in my life, with the chief snake being Bryan Baker, the CEO. This large cowardly man berates people for no good reason, and curses out in the open. He shows up at random hours, looking disheveled. He barks orders at his subordinates and is always angry. There is high turnover and people had been leaving at a rate of 2 per month, for the past several months. The company is bleeding money. They are losing projects within their main client, Microsoft, and the sales people have failed so far to land anything. Very recently, the company laid off almost 20% of their workforce, gutting the company right before Christmas. The news was delivered by his subordinates, who are also leaving, while he hid in his office and avoided eye contact with anyone. Nobody knows why they bought so many extra desks recently while they laid off a large portion of the company. Apparently its a ghost town in there. This is a sinking ship and I recommend staying far away.
