      flexibility, once you have established and proven yourself, you can work as little as 20hr/week or as much as 40hr/week

      sometimes the assignments can get a little stale before they put you on something else

      Pros

      I've been with Extended Presence for the last year, and the experience has been more than positive. The culture and teamwork make you feel genuinely welcome. Great work/life balance and excellent pay if you're producing.

      pay was ok for the job

      Cons

      constant harassment and pressure by management to produce more no matter what the circumstances..never identify real problems.
