      Pros

      Absolutely no pros, there is nothing positive to say about this company.

      Cons

      There was no direction for the company. Nobody seems to know what is going on. There is no ramp plan for new employees and when I started a new role there was zero help getting me up to speed from upper management. This company is incredibly toxic. Coworkers can be extremely rude, especially on the Support side and there was never any follow up from management when this was discussed.

      Pros

      - Solid perks in office - the team (the workers) are actually really cool - It’s a product that is needed and makes a difference.

      Cons

      Extensiv is owned by a PE firm and it definitely feels that way. Pay is below range and they’ll do anything but promote you until you force their hand The product is old and needs development. It’s getting beaten by ShipHero and it’s clear that the current ownership is looking for a sale and not trying to increase the product’s depth.
