Pros

On-time salary, nothing more than that.

Cons

1. Lack of Training: Having few days of training is understandable, but have little to no access of SOPs is another thing. The trainer is not effective, sasagutin ka na nalang ng "Pwede, baka, siguro" 2. HR Team: Unprofessional, you thought you're being heard but you're not. 3: IT Team: Unprofessional, ang daming pina install di pa ma delete kahit former employee ka kasi ni restrict yung pag uninstall lol. 4. Impulsive decision-making: We went live with with no proper access, no SOPs, no structured workflow. 5. Weak management: You have to be very careful cause they'll terminate you without any valid reason. They'll just appoint people for a dedicated task kuno for any Lead tasks. But the truth is, they just disseminated the workloads because they are not that efficient enough to handle it.

Pros

- Competitive compensation. - Collaborative and positive work environment. - The company provides all necessary equipment. - I enjoyed the engaging internal events, which provided valuable opportunities for networking and team building.

Cons

The CEO is a micromanager who decides what is correct and what is not, and lacks a good communication culture. I think that is the only drawback, and it affects your work since he is the one who decides your employment.
