Pros
Exterion Media is a really interesting, fast paced company. There are always a huge amount of great projects going on across the business, especially in digital, data, creative solutions, asset deployment and experiential. They have really strong UK contracts and partnerships including the TfL Rail Estate, which includes the London Underground and the Elizabeth Line once it's operational. Exterion Media is a great place for people who are resilient, have a voice and a view. There are a lot of learning and development opportunities. They use LinkedIn learning, and have multiple initiatives throughout the year, for example mental health training, project management and line manager training. They also have a brilliant apprentice scheme. The central offices are new and modern based in Holborn and they give you free breakfast each day. There are regular all team meetings and social opportunities. They operate agile working. There have been multiple new and returning people in the Leadership Team who are focused on driving smart working and generating best results.
Cons
As it's such a fast paced environment, sometimes people can jump the gun without planning properly - they'll generally listen when you tell them though!
