I liked that fact that they still allowed most of the employees to take a vehicle home, other companies have stopped. I liked working for a smaller and family owned company over a larger corporate companies.

The company offers no advancement opportunities or plans for employees who want to do more. It is hard to move up in the company and I even asked what my options were and I was told I could move into sales. Sales was not something I was interested in and the manager actually told me he didn't see me as a good salesman. Might be true, but I'm doing pretty well with my own business now.

Good benefits and take home vehicle understanding about market changes based on seasonality of business.

Very limited growth potential with regional company.
