Pros
A good company that is diversifying throughout the U.S. and starting to gain traction in other countries with plastic joining equipment. They have weathered the tough economy and have come out ahead of the competition. Some of Extol's standard equipment is becoming recognized as a industry leader. They offer profit sharing. Great company if you are an engineer looking to get into plastics joining.
Cons
If you're not an engineer you're not going to move around in the company or get very far. They seem to favor engineers for everything from management to office admin.
