      Pros

      Hiring process is super easy - if you are breathing you are pretty much in. Management could use a “lot” of training.

      Cons

      Typical problems of a start up company. Because of poor Management there is a unbelievable amount of turnaround. I would not allow my daughter to work there after learning the criminal background of certain personnel with access to sensitive information of young females working there.

      Pros

      The CEO & VP are generous and are also very flexible with scheduling. If you do a great job, they will take care of you. The job is fun, but the days are long. You will meet people from all over the world. It was the best company I have worked for in my 43 years of employment.

      Cons

      Long days. Sometimes, guests can be challenging. Doing tours in bad weather can be difficult, but doable.

      Fun and exciting job, get to travel to National Parks and around the Bay area.

      Management/Leadership when I worked there was not good.
