Management sees only one color and thats green. you are no more important then the cart you push. your not an employee your a work horse to them. if your 18 and its your first job thats okay because you will see what to look and not look for in a company. but if your looking to go somewhere keep moving because there is nothing for you there. they went threw 5 managers in a year and a half. what does that tell you?
