      Pros

      Flexible Hours, able to leave work when need and make up the lost hours without using vacation. Growth from 67 employees when I started to 430 just in 10 years. Nice new building. GREAT Benefits!

      Cons

      Very young and inexperienced Management and Engineers. Many are stuck in a position with no chance of advancement. Some are overworked 70-80hr/week, working over 300hr/year of OT leading to burnout! Meeting shipping dates seems to be more important then the Product Quality which is not as good as it could be. Ship it now, fix it later.

      Pros

      Great experience working with them as a temporary Co-op. Got to learn new technologies with a supportive team who were readily available for questions and help. Would recommend.

      No cons, strong and knowledgeable team.

      Pros

      The management team is extremely engaging and supportive. Everyone there knows what to do, and the best way to do it.

      Cons

      Few people are "excited" to be at work. If you haven't been there for a long time, it's hard to have fun on the job.
