Great work-life balance – lots of flexibility, remote options, and flexible working hours. There’s also plenty of freedom in choosing technologies, so you can experiment and decide for yourself. The environment is friendly and without the pressure you often find in corporates.
Cons
Not many senior developers, so limited opportunities for professional growth and learning from more experienced colleagues. Project management is weak – in some cases almost non-existent – which can sometimes lead to chaos. Salaries are slightly below the Prague average.
