High turnover but no change in expectations. 4. Lack of Respect & Recognition Contributions go unnoticed. Disrespectful behavior is tolerated. Promotions or opportunities are biased or unclear. 5. Hostility or Harassment Bullying, exclusion, or inappropriate comments. Complaints are ignored or punished. HR protects the company more than the people.
