Most functional areas do a great job of recognizing employee contributions and creating an enjoyable work environment. Extreme for the most part is very conscious about the competitiveness of their salaries and benefits.
Cons
Hit and miss on opportunities for career advancement from within. Constantly fluctuating strategic directions leaves the company and employees vulnerable to missed street projections at any time.
