Very highly political atmosphere. Close knit Enterasys network rules. Very poor integration of acquired products and employees. WING with great brand, technology and fortune 100 customers is being sidelined to save face and jobs of people which developed pathetic Identify products all their life. In spite of feedback to the contrary from their own SE and partners. A lot of acquisitions are raising the risks. It's not so easy to double up in 1 year with acquisitions in one year for any company. The company suffered after Enterasys merger due to internal fights and till the Enterasys team finally got hold of all important position. The Enterasys guys now call the shots. There is a lot of resistance among the SE & Sales community to keep on learning new products and increased quota at the same compensation.
