Pros
Flexi shift, Very easy go managers, no pressure, no management tortures Provides environment for work-life balance Provides platform to learn technology Most of the companies they used to put bonus as variable pay in CTC itself and that too they wont give fully stating company performance/individual performance or under resignation. But Extreme gives bonus for every 6 months which is apart from CTC.
Cons
No onsite opportunity and Promotions are less. I don't find anyother cons apart from this.
