While it always has been a great place to work with a great work culture, it is an exciting time now with all the progress that we are making as a company. These were true always: Individuals are given more responsibilities and empowered to make decisions. The teams collaborate well and you can reach out for cross functional help across teams and geographies and expect to get helped at the earliest. Good work life balance.
Cons
In the past there have been cases where we were attempting too many things instead of going after our own niche, which did not make sense for a company of our size.
