Pros

direct manager is wonderful, flexible and will always stand up for the group benefits are good good location co-workers are generally a solid group, hardworking and fun to be around 40+ hours a week

Cons

lack of opportunities for advancement or change of duties salary "increase" insulting senior management gets bonuses, perks, etc, regardless of how the company is doing rather 1-gendered at the upper-level for managers manatory shut-down weeks--if you have vacation time, you can use it, but if your are tapped out on time off you must take off that time unpaid

Pros

They have creative products and solutions

Cons

Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
