      - Hands-on learning on anything and everything about networks. - Collaboration and Gaining knowledge from very Experienced Peers - Great Pay Scale

      Cons

      Nothing as far as I know or experienced. Extreme went through one huge layoff but it was common at that point of time in IT companies in 2020 (due to Covid),

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.
