Took a profitable company Enterasys and made a mess of the merger, stuck with a Purple management team and left the old Enterasys team behind which was the wrong decision. Needs to be a lean company but seems to have a couple of layers of not needed upper management, trim at the top and they should hopefully ride out the current difficulties.
