Pros
First of all happy to be a part of this company. Work culture is good. Food is good if not great. Technically sound CEO. You get to learn new technologies. Interest free Loans. Organize more trips like Dalhousie.
Cons
Some so called technical sound managers who don't deserve to be in that position. So called Great techie manager is actually not so sound but is in that position because of playing politics. He is one who has created nuisance for the company and only does favoritism and no recognition for good work if he is your manager but still management supports him. He will like you if you pay for his drinks and sutta. You will only grow if you are not working under him. Work load is not equally shared.
