      Each Center have their own work culture, luckily the centre I worked have good centre manager and good co workers

      Cons

      working content might be tiring and repetitive. The location of work may not be as convenient for people living in Kowloon

      Very open and collaborative work environment, good to help kids learn more outside of school.

      Cons

      Decentralized structure of the one I worked at meant that organization was difficult, and the kids were sometimes annoying
