Customer coercion: Management has, at times, encouraged aggressive or manipulative tactics to close deals, which can damage trust and long-term relationships. Poor internal communication: There's a noticeable lack of transparency and trust from leadership, which creates confusion and a disconnect between teams. No work-life balance: Expectations often extend well beyond standard hours, with little regard for personal time or sustainable workloads.
