Ridiculous rules, hard to focus on doing your tasks right and learning new skills, more focused on making your managers 'happy'. No lunch, stay late hours, clean the office or you're fired. They do not have employees for long periods of times as they fire them despite the loyalty and hard work.

Managers lie about you Constantly trying to make you do overtime Expected to drop any plans to come into work Never receive rota until the month has already begun Unrealistic targets (higher than more popular brands) Everyone on the shop floor is scared of management (even those who don't work for the company) Incorrect pay which they are unwilling to correct Extremely high staff turnover Poor communication You will always be working alone and are not allowed to talk to anyone other than customers. No stock Management only interested in sales
