The recruitment process at eyeo is seamless. It was a 4-stage interview process and I was very impressed with how the time was managed and the thorough process outlined - from the time of the posting to meeting the Talent Acquisition Specialist to the job offer, everything was well explained. Oleksii and Germán were very good at communicating each step and organizing the interview meetings. Kudos to the Talent Acquisition Team!
Cons
Nothing to add - everything was well communicated.

Business outlook
Pros
Employees do have a lot of flexibility because eyeo is a remote work company. Compensation and benefits are competitive, no complaints. Management revised the time off policies. We already have a lot of time off in Europe. Management wants to make sure that globally everyone is taking time off.
Existing business is mission driven to many of veterans here. The company is exploring new product ideas which are intended to improve user experience. Work can be exciting.
Cons
Interestingly the generous time off policy actually led to questions from colleagues. How can we build and ship quickly? Are people aware of the urgency? Summer in Europe now. I think some colleagues are anxious about clarity and progress.
Management is re-designing lots of HR policies. Engineering leader is spending lots of time on career ladder for the whole company. Why? Is it more critical than building and shipping?
