Pros
- Passionate people and team environment which favors collaboration and learning from each other - Open communication channels with supportive management who tries to answer questions as quickly and thoroughly as possible - Quality data/good product, which is received well in the market and has "performed"
Cons
- Growing pains of a global start up such as timezone differences, lots of priorities - New brand to US market makes it a steeper curve to gain traction (although we are known well internationally so often the agency or publisher partner have heard of us) - Competition is made up of mostly "big guys" with more resources
