Pros
It was a good place to begin a career. You had plenty of freedom and all in all a fun workplace and environment. There was a very human approach from the management. It was a great place to gain experience to get a grasp on how working in TV production was.
Cons
The fluctuation of the work flow was definitely a con. Sometimes you'd be swamped and worked overtime, and at other times you'd just come in to punch the clock. This was incredibly demoralizing. There wasn't much room to grow though.
