1. Poor Management 2. Unfair treatment of employees 3. Unfair promotion of employees - one office give promotions to everyone, another office give promotions to no one 4. Expectation of being on call 24/7 and that you will drop everything to give to the company, then receive nothing in return 5. HR is oursourced 6. No Internal Communications, they don't even know what that is 7. Poor infrastructure, tools, network 8. Refusal to spend money where it is needed 9. You have to play the game to get recognised 10. Employees are low on the list of concerns 11. No work/life balance 12. They violate policies of their partners and customers - this could ruin EzGov Europe if they found out

people were friendly and buzzy. No pomposoty on the whole

Ridiculous timescales for work set by people who would get the bonuses without doing the work. A culture of slagging people off at management level company being fattened off to be sold
