      Good overall culture, entrepreneurial and risk taker

      Top management keep surrounding themselves with incompetent yes men and that results in abrupt and irrational decisions or changes that do not make sense and turn out to be destructive

      Pros

      The team were welcoming, taking me on for a month during a hectic period for them. I was allowed to shadow several members of the operations department, observing day-to-day work and improving my commercial awareness.

      Cons

      The only downside was it was all online however I did get to work with people from all over the globe.
