Pros

To be fair, Ezra’s coaching services are top-notch. But it’s hard to fully appreciate a great product when the company behind it is struggling with so many internal problems. If Ezra could get its act together internally, it could be an amazing place to work and an even better service provider.

Cons

Ezra Coaching might look impressive on the outside, but once you dig a little deeper, it’s clear some serious issues are holding the company back. While the coaching product itself is solid, the internal workings of the business are far from ideal. Weak Management and Poor Leadership: Middle management at Ezra is a real weak spot. There’s a noticeable lack of strong leadership and expertise, which becomes glaringly obvious when it comes to handling internal projects. These projects are often poorly thought out and barely actioned, leaving employees to figure things out for themselves—especially when it comes to dividing territories and other strategic decisions. Failed Internal Projects: When it comes to internal changes, the execution is usually pretty terrible. What should be transformative initiatives end up being half-baked ideas with little direction or support. The result? A lot of confusion and frustration as people are left to sort out these changes on their own with no real guidance. Terrible Onboarding Experience: The onboarding process at Ezra is a nightmare. It’s outdated, badly put together, and doesn’t do much to help new starters feel welcomed or prepared. Instead of easing new employees into the company, the onboarding experience often leaves them feeling lost and unsupported right from the get-go. Favoritism and the LHH Boys Club: There’s a clear culture of favoritism within the company, especially towards the "LHH boys club" at the core of the business. This creates a pretty toxic environment where certain people are given preferential treatment while others are left out in the cold. It’s frustrating to see a company that outwardly promotes a great culture but is actually rotting from the inside. Surface-Level Shine with Deep Problems: Ezra’s got a great image on the surface—innovative, dynamic, the whole deal. But scratch that surface and you’ll find some pretty serious issues lurking underneath. The company seems more interested in maintaining a shiny exterior than actually dealing with the internal problems that are dragging it down.

Pros

It's a growing industry and you wake up each day knowing that you are representing something positive and helpful in the market. The culture is pretty good and the people are almost unanimously 'humane'.

Cons

Fast growth means fast decisions and sometimes dead ends.
