Pros

Had one of the nicest teams that I ever worked with. Young and working people.

Cons

The indifference of the management and all te discrepancies between departments. A department tht was used to work from home, they would refuse to give at least one or two days from home. Bad salary taking in consideration all the shifts that you go through.

Pros

The management and C-level team are truly inspiring. This is one of the best environments to learn and adopt best practices, especially at the start of your career. Simply being surrounded by savvy, forward-thinking people helped me grow tremendously. The company is among the most innovative and disruptive in its industry, constantly pushing the boundaries of advanced technologies. On top of that, the offices are some of the nicest you’ll find in Israel, hard to beat.

Cons

Being based in Israel, you’re far from headquarters. Sometimes that gives you more independence, but other times you feel that progress would be faster if you were working in person with the HQ team.
