      Pros

      Unlimited overtime and weekly pay. Licence to print money with little effort required.

      Cons

      Management attitude is inconsistent across units. Some.units employees watch films and tv shows on their phones during the day . Other units your bollocked for sending a text. Very much a if your face fits company, just so long as your happy with racism and an EDL sub culture you will fit in great . Health and safety is a joke !!

      Pros

      Hard to think of any, free parking maybe or 20 days off annually?

      Cons

      No manufacturing, engineering or production knowledge. People are promoted due to their connections and friendly relationships. Nepotism at best. No sick pay, minimum holiday pay, no benefits, you work hard and hardly get anything in return. Fat cats only care about their wallets and their club.
