Laid off and tried to blacklist me from working in Switzerland - Analyst F-Top Institute Employee Review

The main consultant (don't know if she is still there) is horrible to work with. She would flip out over tiny details, sometimes shout and was even insulting at times. I was laid off after a few months because there simply wasn't enough work. Fine, these things happen. But then they wouldn't write me a good reference letter because they were concerned about their "image" and didn't want the world to know that sales weren't going well. They didn't care that this greatly hindered my ability to find another job. Really selfish and fearful behavior.
