Pros
Good company, fun environment, act like they care about employees- meet the employees- recruiter and sales come take us out.
Cons
Bad management, hired a back stabbing Sales Manager who has no understanding of the IT and staffing- Will do anything to get ahead, maybe was a good AM but no management skills- talks about one to another and just no clue of numbers and hates the people who tell the truth,
