      New training model, high energy team, organize management.

      Cons

      Franchise model, you are a contractor who gets CAD$ 35 an hour for Metro Vancouver area. You have to get insurance and pay for criminal record. No guaranteed hours, max 12-15 a week. No extended benefits at all cause you are not an employee. No job stability.
