Good starting point - Head Trainer F45 Training Employee Review

Knowledgeable trainers, fun workout environment, effective workout in 45 minutes.

The studios can be short staffed at times.

It is really nice we have the time to dedicate to our classes given we do not really need to program the workout each day and utilize FitRadio for music.

Sometimes it's hard to work around when you don't like the programming of F45. As with any group fitness, it is physically demanding and in order to give every class your best it is really hard to work enough classes. However this is not specific to F45, this is fitness instructing in general.
