Staff and fellow management were some of the best people I’ve ever worked with.
Cons
Disgraceful level of disrespect from owners and upper management. Was strong armed during the pandemic into taking a 40% pay cut with a stipulation that when a certain level of sales were met, 100% would be paid again. Exceeded the target, did not get my base pay back, and when I raised a complaint to upper management I was scolded and told I had a “bad attitude”. Beyond this, absolutely no regard for your own needs as a human being. Expect to be held to expectations that are impossible to meet and kiss any semblance of work life balance goodbye
