Stay Away - Logistics Coordinator FAM Employee Review

Where should I start. This company has so much potential, the owner is a good guy to work for. The company has a lot of high end client that they work hard to ascertain their business. Here is the problem the owner has a soft spot for the director “ it’s a mom and pop shop” she has multiple personalities and your never sure what to encounter based on her mood. You simply can’t run a business like that, I have seen so many things “said” and “done” wrong that I just could not stay.
