Work load will be added on to the current workers when people are getting laid off.
Management will pump u dry by requesting OT Etc.. even though clearly the problem is lack of manpower, but sadly no head-count as an excuse to save some cost and just dump the extra workloads on currently struggling workers.
Low morale as good workers/ friends leaving or laid off.
Zero career opportunities - work like a robot for the company.
Result driven , top management does care about backend problem faced by workers who are struggling.
