Pay is not real great but maybe it is like that at all construction companies.

No work on the weekends and quality of life after work is ok

The CEO has no idea what his role is and the internal drama that he allows is overwhelming. CEO firmly believes he can be everyone’s friend and that he can learn how to run a business by going to classes. Every leader believes they know everything yet they have no significant experience outside of this company. Confidentiality does not exist here and was a complete mistake working for such a shallow company
