Pros
Management style is great, and they truly make an effort to prioritize employee commitments in scheduling and overall well-being. A laid-back bar setting is great for having conversations, and getting to work solo is a perk when the available space is limited. It is low-stress, and all my coworkers are amazing people. This is also great for people who don't love to stay up late—most days, the bar closes at 7pm.
Cons
As a third party, retail 'benefits' are limited compared to first-party employees in the same space. As it is a bar in a retail space, tips are not as abundant compared to traditional bar settings, which is a downside. Additionally, upper management does not really seem to care much for its employees—but on-site management is excellent.
