A beautifully decorated cake, but uncooked from inside - Creative FCBUlka Employee Review

With the new change in the management, they focus more on how things look vs if they actually work/make sense. A lot of importance, time and effort is given in beautifying a creative/presentation deck, vs on what is asked of from the brief. The management takes their own sweet time to start work, give feedback or get on to start with the work, but expect the team to be at their disposal all the time. A lot of money is again spent in show off for the upper management, but need Rs.1000 approval for a cake. (this is a personal opinion) The company doesn't have any major financial or professional perk, there is no effort put in development of employees. And bangalore office is treated like a step-child, where a lot of engagement happens in the delhi and mumbai office, not not even 1/4th of it is here.
