Great Company to Work For! - Operations Manager FCS Community Management Employee Review

Leadership is amazing and the trajectory of the company is great.

Not much of a con but just lots to do all the time due the growing nature of the company.

Overall, I liked working for this company and I do like the management team.

The pay feels low for the amount of stress, on call maintenance emergencies, and after business hours board meetings. Work life balance in this role leaves a lot to be desired, but other roles seem to be a lot better in this regard.
