      Overall, I liked working for this company and I do like the management team.

      Cons

      The pay feels low for the amount of stress, on call maintenance emergencies, and after business hours board meetings. Work life balance in this role leaves a lot to be desired, but other roles seem to be a lot better in this regard.

      Pros

      Love that my schedule can be flexible and I can choose to work from home 2 days a week. The people I work with are amazing. There are all kinds of contest to win with cool experiences as the prizes. I love that I get a vacation reimbursement. Absolutely love that I am treated like an adult, and can dress how I think is appropriate.

      Emergencies happen at all hours of the day, so get to help people with emergencies at all hours.
