The management for the sales team is very quick to get you what you need to succeed. They have high standards which are challenging but reasonable. Managers have the ability to make changes on a case by case basis so stay in touch and maintain a good relationship with yours.
Cons
FCT's industry and scope of clients are the most challenging aspect. Many details about the product and service can change without consulting/educating the sales team.
