The team in the FDC tax department were collaborative, would meet as a team regularly and had a very strong work culture (but never expected staff to do crazy hours which was very refreshing). Honestly, you would be hard pressed to find a nicer group of colleagues and a better work environment. FDC as a firm really stays true to its values, they hold an excellent work culture and everyone is genuine and nice. If you are a trainee, avoid Big 4 or other firms, you will learn from some of the best professionals right here as they will give you strong exposure from Day 1.
