Well This Is Awkward - Anonymous employee FDH Infrastructure Services Employee Review

I read a recent review on the FDH Velocitel glass door page (our old name) that has spread like wildfire through the office this week and I have to say. I am amazed! I didn't realize other people think like I do about the company. Most of it Ive been a part of myself not by choice. Even if you try to stay out of the gossip like i do then you either hear about it constantly & just nod along or you're completely not aware of it because it's about you. I haven't heard anything personally about the geological department. But EIS and Structural are vicious, some people especially. The way they talk down anybody that walks out of the room is crazy and its way worse if you were never in the room to begin with. ' Conspire against ' is a pretty strong way to say it but I can see how you'd see it that way with people that aren't liked for whatever reason. Some of them are not the best. If you're friends with one of the people that's picked on then I can see why you'd write on glassdoor instead of telling them about it so you dont upset anybody but dude(dudette?) go to HR instead. This is just giving people more to gossip and speculate about. Although thats not necessarily a bad thing. I mean as soon as that review was posted we all started 'gossiping' about which disliked person's friend wrote it so it kind of had the opposite effect you were going for ..? I do feel bad though and it is frustrating and wish it would change. I agree with a lot of what you said.
