Work/Life balance. People are more important than generating revenue. When personal struggles occur, the company provides a tremendous amount of support both financially and with time off.
Cons
Disjointed management structure. No strategic direction. Everyone works at the discretion of the CEO. Passive aggressive management style. People work in silos.
