Great Company to Work For! - Office Manager FDR Engineers Employee Review

First off, they really care about their employees. They have a small team and everyone on it does great work.

Can't think of any cons.

FDR is such a great place to work! Everyone is nice and welcoming which makes for an awesome work dynamic. The main principles of FDR know what they are doing, and have created a great work environment that is inclusive and flexible.

I'm not sure I have any cons. However, they are a smaller company. Sometimes a small company has advantages, and can make the work environment fun. There are just a few things you'll miss out on that a bigger company would be able to give you. I feel it's worth it though.
